The "Find from Clipboard" button doesn't appear.
This happens if the URL in your clipboard is not from a supported service. SongButler can only process links from Apple Music, Spotify, and YouTube. Please copy a valid link and try again.
Shazam can't identify my song.
Music recognition works best in a quiet environment. Make sure you are close to the music source and that there isn't too much background noise. If it fails, you can always tap the Shazam icon to try again.
SongButler says I need to grant microphone permission.
To identify music playing nearby, SongButler needs to use your device's microphone. If you've previously denied this permission, please follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Scroll down and tap on SongButler.
- Enable the toggle for Microphone.
- Return to SongButler and try again.
My search isn't returning any results.
Try checking your spelling or using a different search query. For example, instead of just the song title, try adding the artist's name. If you continue to have issues, the song may not be available in any music service, or our search engine might be down - in that case, please try again later.
