Before you make changes, you might want to see the existing metadata for a photo or video.
This feature is available when you have a single item selected.
- Select a single photo or video from your library.
- On the main editing menu, you will see a preview of your image.
- Tap the "Current Metadata" button.
- A new screen will appear, displaying detailed information, including:
- A larger thumbnail preview.
- Resolution, file size, and media type (Image/Video).
- Photo subtype (e.g., Panorama, Portrait, Live Photo).
- File name.
- The date and time it was taken.
- A map showing the location, if GPS data is present.
- Tap "Close" when you are finished to return to the main menu.
