Use Create / Merge PDF to combine PDFs and supported image files into one PDF document.
Create a merged PDF
- Open PDF Split & Merge.
- Select Create / Merge PDF in the sidebar.
- Click Add Files..., or drag PDFs and images into the drop area.
- Review the file list.
- Reorder the files if needed.
- Click Create PDF....
- Choose a name and location for the new PDF.
How file order works
The app creates the PDF in the same order shown in the file list. Files at the top are added first.
How PDFs and images are handled
- PDF files keep their pages and are appended to the output PDF.
- Image files are converted into PDF pages.
- Multi-page TIFF files are added as multiple pages when possible.
Default save name
The save dialog suggests Merged.pdf. You can change the file name before saving.
If Create PDF is unavailable
The Create PDF... button is enabled only after at least one supported file has been added.
