Welcome to Coindrel, a two-player coin-drop strategy game for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Players take turns dropping coins into a shared mechanical board, setting off chain reactions and trying not to leave better opportunities for their opponent.
What is Coindrel?
Coindrel means "coin drop duel." Each turn, you choose one of eight entries at the top of the board and drop a coin. It tumbles through rows of switches, landing on pads, flipping levers, and knocking resting coins loose. Every coin that falls out the bottom scores for the player who dropped, even coins your opponent left behind. After four rounds, the higher total wins.
Every match is deterministic: there is no hidden luck in how a coin falls. The same board and the same drop always produce the same cascade, so careful planning is rewarded.

Step 2: Start a match
Choose Solo to play the computer. Easy is a good place to start. Choose your seat and the time per turn, then choose Start Match.
Step 3: Drop a coin
- iPhone and iPad: slide anywhere on the board to aim at the nearest entry, then lift your finger to drop. Lift off the board to cancel.
- Mac: point at the board to aim and click to drop, or press 1 through 8 to drop in that entry at once.
