GameGoblin Pro is optional access that expands platform connections, library presentation, reminders, widgets, and customization. Free and Pro users share the same core library and synchronization model.
What GameGoblin Pro Includes
More connected platforms
A free account can connect up to two distinct gaming platforms. Pro allows more than two. Reconnecting an existing platform account remains available without Pro.
Library search, filters, and sorting
Pro unlocks title search, platform filters, Wishlist release filters, and the complete per-section sorting controls. Saved presentation choices return when Pro access becomes active again.
Release reminders
Pro unlocks local release reminders for eligible Wishlist games. Reminders are off by default, enabled per device, and require notification permission.
Home, Library, and Game Detail customization
Pro lets you show, hide, and reorder the available Home sections, Library sections, and Game Detail sections. Reordering requires Edit mode. At least one section or logical detail block must remain visible.
Larger collections
Free collections show five games followed by an unlock summary when more games are available. Pro shows the complete ordered collection.
Live widget content
Pro unlocks live Achievement Showcase and Currently Playing widget content. Widget selector previews remain available to everyone.
What Remains Available Without Pro?
- Synchronization for connected accounts
- Existing account management, disconnect, and reset controls
- Core Home and Library navigation
- Game Detail pages and Refresh Game
- Achievements, trophies, RetroAchievements Completion and Mastery, and Xbox Gamerscore when supplied by the provider
- Steam Community, PSNProfiles, and custom guide links
- Existing games and their saved data
Purchasing and Restoring Access
GameGoblin presents the current purchase options through Apple's in-app purchase system and the configured GameGoblin paywall. Prices, trials, availability, and legal links are shown by the current store configuration and can change.
Restore a purchase
- Open Settings.
- Open the GameGoblin Pro section.
- Choose Restore Purchases when it is available.
- Wait for the App Store account and GameGoblin Pro status to refresh.
If an active Pro entitlement is already recognized, the restore action may not be shown. Active customers can use the subscription management link supplied by Apple when available.
If Pro Access Is Unknown
A temporary purchase-service or network problem is treated as unknown, not as a confirmed cancellation. GameGoblin does not delete data or overwrite saved Pro preferences because of an uncertain response. Try again when the service is available.
If Pro Access Ends
A confirmed lapse does not delete your accounts, games, achievements, guides, credentials, sync checkpoints, or iCloud data. Pro-only presentation controls temporarily use their default presentation, and release reminders are disabled until Pro access is active again. Reactivating Pro restores saved presentation choices.
For purchase issues, include your device, OS version, GameGoblin version, and the exact message shown. Do not send receipts, credentials, or tokens in a support request unless support specifically provides a secure process.
